All Veterans Reunion in Crystal River, Fla.
American Legion Herbert Surber Post 225 will host its inaugural Nature Coast All Veterans Reunion from Sunday, Oct. 2 to Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011. FREE ADMISSION & PARKING for all veterans, families and the public. Vietnam Traveling Wall, Florida Purple Heart Memorial Wall, Korean War Memorial and Moving Tribute open all week. Live music (Silver Eagle and Encore Swing bands, and Paul and Jackie Stevio), military displays, veterans’ information and services, food,beer and other vendors Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Oct. 7 to 9.
It’s a time for veterans of all branches of military service to reunite old friendships, and for friends and relatives to honor those who have fought to keep our nation free.
For vendor applications and other information, visit www.NatureCoastVeteransReunion.org. Veterans organizations, military, commercial, and other vendors still needed. Deadline is Aug. 31, 2011. Vendor spaces: 10- by 10-ft. is $175, with power $210; 15- by 15-ft. is $250, with power $285; larger spaces $1 per sq. ft. plus sales tax. Cost includes $50 refundable cleanup deposit. Vendors may set up Thursday, Oct. 6. Primitive camp sites, 40- by 40-ft., are $10 per night.

The event is a fundraiser for American Legion Post 225’s building fund. The “biggest little post in Florida” is growing and needs a post home. Sponsorships, donations and new members are also welcome.
